Job summary

OceanWave Maritime in Alta, Norway is seeking an entry-level Information Security Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. You will ensure the security and integrity of our data and information systems, gaining valuable hands-on experience in information security.

Responsibilities include monitoring security events, investigating breaches, conducting vulnerability assessments and testing, and helping to develop security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, operating systems and web technologies.
• Familiarity with information security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
• Experience with security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.

Salary $900 per month negotiable based on experience

Location Alta Norway candidates must have valid work permit
