Job summary

ForceShield in Os is seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst for a part-time role. You will protect our information systems by conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, monitoring logs, and implementing security controls.

Requirements include a CS/IT degree and at least two years in security, knowledge of networks, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and experience with Nessus or Metasploit. Location Os; visa sponsorship available.

Our company is seeking an experienced and diligent Information Security Analyst to join our team in the bustling city of Os As an Information Security Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our companys information systems and data This is a part-time position suitable for both men and women

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in our systems
• Develop and implement security protocols to protect our companys networks systems and data from cyber attacks
• Monitor network traffic and security logs to detect any suspicious activity or potential security breaches
• Investigate security incidents and provide timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends technologies and best practices to continuously improve our information security measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to information security

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Information Security Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of network protocols operating systems firewalls and intrusion detectionprevention systems
• Familiarity with common cyber attack techniques such as phishing malware ransomware etc
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Metasploit
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

• Industry certifications such as CISSP CISM or CEH would be an advantage
• Experience working with cloud-based environments eg AWS or Azure

Salary $1700 per month negotiable based on experience
