Join us as a Senior Instructor. In this role, you will play an important part in our dynamic team of Instructors, delivering essential training for our business. You will join a team focused on assisting our clients to meet the competency requirements set out in the market. You will participate in course deliveries and development alongside our highly competent team, Ship Owners, and Oil majors.

What you will be doing

1. Course deliveries: We deliver our courses both on-site using a full mission Kongsberg Simulator, and remotely, operating a simulator located at another facility globally.
2. Course development: Our course portfolio is constantly evolving to reflect the training needs of our clients, including updates based on new incidents or stakeholder requirements.
3. Participation in projects: Kongsberg provides consultancy services to a broad range of offshore clients when maritime expertise is needed.
4. Understand client needs: As an operative training instructor, you may assist KM clients alongside their own field experts.

We think you should have

• A background as a Maritime Officer
• Hold or have previously held a COC/Deck Officer Certificate Class 1 and a valid DP Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of Shuttle Tanker Experience
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
