What you will be doing
  • Analyze current organizational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies and action plans to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams to execute improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and coaching of staff to increase understanding and skills in performance and improvement activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to incorporate performance improvement strategies
  • Stay up to date with the latest performance improvement tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Continuously track the progress of improvement initiatives and report status of improvement initiatives using appropriate metrics and data analysis techniques.
  • Ensure lessons learned across the organization.
We think you should have
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience from companies that are subjected to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 / OHSAS 18001, 31001 and ISO 27001 certifications.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the maritime industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as e.g. Six Sigma, Lean methods and tools.
  • Experience with CMMI framework
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using performance improvement tools and software.
