- Support to the Wayside Lead
- Provide technical support in the development and revision of operational-level plans for the CBTC rollout.
- Follow-up of the Installation Partner
- Operate under the direction of the Wayside Lead in supervising the installation partner's project management team regarding planning activities.
- Act as an escalation point for planning-related matters and contractual obligations within the installation team's workstreams.
Qualifications
- Technical education as a Signal Technician, Engineer, Technical College Engineer, or equivalent.
- Relevant professional experience may compensate for formal education.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the same or similar role
- Experience in inspection, construction supervision, site supervision, or project monitoring within similar projects.
- Experience from railway or metro projects and signalling, telecommunications, or electrical works is an advantage.
- Good understanding of technical requirements, specifications, and documentation.
- Familiarity with working in environments with strict HSE and safety requirements.
- Experience with BIM tools and other systems for systematic project completion is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Accurate, structured, and quality-oriented.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a demanding project environment.
- Confident in a control and supervision role, with a clear understanding of responsibilities and authority.
