BISS Preschool in Stavanger, Norway seeks a part-time SEN Teacher/Assistant to support children with additional educational needs within an inclusive, play-based Preschool setting. You will work with a team to ensure access to learning and meaningful participation for every child.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or Special Needs Education (HKDir recognition where required) with preferable SEN experience in Early Years. English proficiency required at B2 level.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with HKDir recognition where required.
• Relevant experience may compensate for missing formal qualifications.
• Experience with children with additional educational needs in Early Years is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized, inclusive support for children with additional educational needs.
• Support children to participate in play-based curriculum and RAMMEplan framework.
• Set goals, monitor progress, and report on each child’s development.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and external professionals to plan support.
