Job summary

Planetree is seeking a Finance Accountant/Coordinator to provide hands-on accounting and finance operations support in a part-time, hybrid role. You will handle invoicing, reconciliations, billing, and routine reporting, while coordinating with budget owners, vendors, and auditors across Planetree's global operations.

Under the Finance Manager / Controller, you will ensure accurate financial information, maintain documentation, and support monthly closings and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Two to four years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bank, credit-card, and balance-sheet reconciliations with supporting schedules.
• Process accounts payable/receivable transactions, invoices, and expense reimbursements.
• Assist with monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support internal controls and compliance.
