Job summary

LINK Medical Research is a Nordic CRO & Regulatory service provider, seeking an HR Business Partner to support leaders across the Nordic region, with a focus on Norway. You will blend operational HR support with strategic initiatives, working with CHRO/EVP HR and the leadership forum to drive people processes and organizational development.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR programs, ensure compliance with Norwegian labor law, and collaborate across Finance and QAC.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • 5–10 years in a broad HR role with strategic and operational responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Norwegian labor law; Danish law is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting leaders in organizational change and transformation.
  • Interest in AI and how tech can improve HR processes and decision-making.
  • Experience with annual HR processes in an HRMS and merit cycles.
  • Experience with recruitment systems like TeamTailor is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted advisor to managers on leadership, employee relations and organizational development.
  • Implement new HR processes and improve existing routines.
  • Advise and influence leaders on HR policies and processes.
  • Be an active member of LINK Medical's Leadership Forum.
  • Provide professional HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate annual HR processes including performance reviews and development planning.
  • Own recruitment processes and enhance use of TeamTailor.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support workforce planning and strategic people initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Norwegian labor law and company policies.
  • Collaborate with Finance, QAC, and business leaders to ensure efficient processes.
  • Maintain high-quality HR administration and data management.
  • Leverage data, digital tools, and AI to increase efficiency and inform decisions.

LINK Medical Research is your Nordic CRO & Regulatory service provider, with international reach. We offer Clinical and Regulatory Support for Biotech, Pharma and Medtech.

As an HR Business Partner at LINK Medical, you will play a key role in supporting our leaders and employees across the Nordic region. This is a broad and influential role where you will combine operational HR support with strategic HR initiatives, driving people processes, organizational development, and leadership support in a growing international company. You will work closely with the CHRO/EVP HR and be a trusted advisor to managers across the organization, with a primary focus on Norway. The role will also support selected HR activities across other European countries.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on leadership, employee relations, organizational development, and change management
  • Implement new HR processes and continuously improve existing routines and ways of working
  • Advise, support, and influence company leaders on HR-related matters, policies, and processes
  • Be an active member of LINK Medical's Leadership Forum
  • Provide professional HR guidance to employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Drive and coordinate annual HR processes, including performance management, salary review, development planning, employee engagement activities, and merit review cycles
  • Take ownership of recruitment processes and further develop our use of TeamTailor
  • Coordinate and develop onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support organizational changes, workforce planning, and strategic people initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Norwegian labor law and company policies
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, QAC, and business leaders to ensure efficient and compliant people processes
  • Ensure high-quality HR administration, employee data management, and continuous development of our HR systems
  • Leverage people data, digital tools, and AI to increase efficiency and support better business decisions
Desired qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, combined with relevant professional experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a broad HR role combining both strategic and operational responsibilities
  • Strong experience managing employee relations and labor law matters independently
  • Solid knowledge of Norwegian labor law is required; knowledge of Danish labor law is considered a strong advantage
  • Experience supporting leaders in organizational change and transformation initiatives
  • A strong interest in AI and a curiosity about how emerging technologies can enhance HR processes, decision-making, and ways of working
  • Experience supporting annual HR processes, including performance management and merit review cycles in an HR management system, is considered an advantage
  • Experience with TeamTailor or similar recruitment systems is considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
