HSE Specialist – Construction Project (Finland)

Location: Rauma, Finland (full-time, onsite)

Start date: January 2026

Duration: 12 months (Monday–Friday)

About the role: We are seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to oversee health, safety, and environmental aspects during the construction phase of an energy storage project in Rauma, Finland. The client is a France-based leader in the design, manufacturing, and installation of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) operating across multiple countries.

As the on-site HSE focal point, you will:

• Monitor all HSE compliance and performance at the site.
• Coordinate actions between the Rauma site and the client’s team in France.
• Work closely with QA/QC and Inspection plans as defined by the client.
• Ensure full compliance with Finnish regulations and working rules.
• Report deviations and define corrective action plans in collaboration with the client.
