HR Manager Nordics

Are you ready to take on an impactful role at Amer Sports Nordics?

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our EMEA Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring local labor law compliance across legal entities in the Nordics
  2. Providing HR support and local expertise on any organizational matters and employee cases
  3. Managing HR processes and advising on local policies and regulations
  4. Supporting engagement and local community in our offices

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR generalist, with a strong labor law background, resilience, flexibility, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. You should have excellent communication skills, strong time management, and experience working with HR systems like Workday.

What we’re looking for:

  1. 5+ years of HR experience in an international environment.
  2. Expertise in labor law.
  3. Strong communication skills in English.
  4. Problem-solving and prioritization skills.

The Local HR Manager works closely with the HR Director, EMEA Local Market to achieve HR operational and strategic objectives and with HR Shared Service on all relevant processes. You will work closely with Retail, go to market organization and administration in each country within Nordics for all brands.
