We are looking for a HR Manager with passion for people, tech and business!

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled HR professional with proven experience, who are motivated by combining execution with strategic influence, in an international Norway based tech environment.

As Fotoware HR Manager you will have full ownership of the entire HR value chain, from recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day operations. In collaboration with People Managers, you will continue to develop an inclusive and engaging employee experience.

What you will do:

  • Take hands on ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and the entire employee journey
  • Be a trusted partner for managers, providing guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, and Norwegian labour law
  • Drive employee engagement, feedback processes, and retention programs
  • Support and develop leaders through workshops, career paths, and training initiatives
  • Use HR systems and insights to drive proactive HR initiatives (Fotoware are using Flex HRM today)
  • Build career paths and succession plans for management and key roles
  • Develop and implement HR policies and processes that support our business goals
  • Play a vital role in culture and organizational development, including M&A integration

The position reports to the CEO and is part of the extended leadership team.

Who you are:

  • Business-minded, hands-on, and results-driven

  • Have a growth mindset and are willing to learn new things
  • Comfortable handling complex matters, not afraid to address challenges head-on, and known for taking ownership and creating solutions rather than avoiding conflict
  • Solid experience with employee relations, personnel cases, and Norwegian labour law
  • Skilled in HR systems and metrics
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience from roles as HR consultant, manager or BP, ideally with a background from the tech industry or scaling companies
  • Higher education in HR, leadership, business, or similar
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian
