Job summary

Dell Technologies in Norway/Sweden seeks an HPC/AI Infrastructure / Configuration Service Delivery Engineer to deliver, configure, and support large-scale AI and HPC environments, ensuring reliability and platform readiness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, deployment, and operations to raise service standards.

Ideal candidates have Linux experience, knowledge of IaC, and a passion for automation, telemetry, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, systems engineering, or platform operations.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management, provisioning, and deployment processes.
• Experience supporting Linux and distributed computing environments.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, HPC clusters, GPU-based systems, or large-scale compute environments.
• Understanding of networking, storage, and data center infrastructure fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, validation, and operational support activities for AI and HPC environments.
• Ensure infrastructure consistency, compliance, operational readiness, and service reliability across large-scale deployments.
• Drive incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration to maintain platform availability and performance.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and deployment teams to improve service delivery, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to automation, telemetry, and continuous service improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability.
