Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking an HPC / AI Infrastructure / Configuration Service Delivery Engineer to join the Services team in Finland/Denmark. You will deliver, configure, and support large-scale AI and HPC environments, ensuring reliability and operational readiness.

If you excel at cross-functional collaboration, automation, and troubleshooting, this role offers the chance to influence service delivery and shape enterprise-grade infrastructure with AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

Experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, systems engineering, or platform operations.
Strong knowledge of configuration management, provisioning, and deployment processes.
Experience supporting Linux and distributed computing environments.
Familiarity with AI infrastructure, HPC clusters, GPU-based systems, or large-scale compute environments.
Understanding of networking, storage, and data center infrastructure fundamentals.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish).

Responsibilities

Lead deployment, configuration, validation, and operational support activities for AI and HPC environments.
Ensure infrastructure consistency, compliance, operational readiness, and service reliability across large-scale deployments.
Drive incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration to maintain platform availability and performance.
Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and deployment teams to improve service delivery, monitoring, and operational excellence.
Contribute to automation, telemetry, and continuous service improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability.
