Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is hiring Mixer Operators to join our nationwide team. You’ll operate concrete mixer trucks, deliver to commercial and residential sites, and represent SRM with a service-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Experience as Mixer Operator or Ready Mix Driver is a plus, newcomers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs.
• Provide excellent customer service at each site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties.
