Ventra Health is seeking an experienced Healthcare RCM Supervisor, Accounts Receivable, to lead our AR department. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, and a proven track record in optimizing AR processes.

The supervisor will oversee a team of AR specialists, ensure accurate billing, timely claims processing, and effective denial management. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in healthcare RCM, with CPC/CRCR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, focusing on accounts receivable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of accounts receivable specialists, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize AR processes, reduce aging, and improve cash flow.
• Monitor KPIs such as AR days, denial rates, and cash collection ratios, and take corrective action as needed.
• Oversee billing and claims processing to ensure timely and accurate submissions and resolution of issues.
• Manage payment posting and reconcile payments with billed charges.
• Coordinate denial management efforts to maximize revenue recovery.
• Collaborate with coding, billing, and compliance to maintain alignment in processes.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations and payer policies; implement changes for compliance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews; provide development opportunities.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated AR issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Keep records and generate reports to track progress and outcomes.
