Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Head of Operations for a Norway-based multi-branch restaurant operation. You will oversee performance through Area Managers and branch leadership, driving execution and scalable systems.

You will shape pricing, promotions, and service opportunities, manage P&L impact, and lead automation and AI-driven dashboards to improve planning, reporting, and growth. A hands-on leader with strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations or business management, with multi-location leadership.
• Proven track record managing managers and improving performance.
• Experience growing delivery operations or online sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve performance across multiple restaurant branches through Area Managers, Branch Managers, and shift leaders.
• Establish clear roles, operating standards, decision rights, escalation paths, audits, and routines.
• Improve visibility into service, delivery, staffing, branch performance, revenue, costs, margins, and unit economics.
