Job summary

Blue Logic AS, part of Blue House Group, is expanding with a new IT leadership role reporting to the CFO. You will own the IT systems, daily operations, and the IT strategy across the Group's operations with ERP/PLM deployments working with partners and the service provider.

The role covers IT budget and security, AI potential assessment, and close cooperation with CEO and owners. Fluent Norwegian and English are required; MSc in IT/Data Science and at least five years in IT management are

Qualifications

• MSc degree in Information Technology/Data Science or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT management experience.
• Experience with ERP and PLM/PDM systems and implementation.
• Experience with engineering work processes and CAD systems.
• Experience from manufacturing environments with complex logistics is beneficial.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English written and oral language.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for efficient operations of all information systems including hardware and software.
• Single point of contact towards the IT service provider for operational issues and upgrades.
• Responsible for IT budget and cost control.
• Develop IT strategy for the Group.
• Project manager for ERP and PLM/PDM system implementations with partners.
• Lead IT security including certification processes for cyber security.
• Act as SME for AI technologies to support group work processes.

Blue Logic is growing and have established a new position reporting to CFO. The person will be responsible for all information technology (IT) systems, daily operations of such systems, and IT strategies within Blue House Group with operating daughter companies Blue Logic and Unplugged.

Responsibility and authority:

• Responsible for efficient operations of all information systems including hardware, software
• Single point towards our IT service provider on operational issues and upgrades of the Group's IT systems
• Responsible for IT budget and cost control
• IT strategy for the Group
• Project manager for implementation of new ERP and PLM/PDM system together with partners and software suppliers
• Information technology security including leading the certification processes of the Group for cyber security
• SME for assessing potential of AI technologies to support the Group's work processes

Competency:

• MSc degree in Information Technology/ Data Science or similar
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within management of Information Technology and IT systems
• Experience with ERP and PLM/PDM Systems and implementation of such systems
• Experience with engineering work processes and CAD Systems
• Experience from manufacturing environments with complex logistics is beneficial
