Join Allente as our new Head of Customer Service (Nordics)

Location: Stockholm or Oslo

Are you a passionate, strategic leader with a strong track record in Customer Service? Do you love transforming operations, leading with impact, and driving results? Then you might be the person we’re looking for.

Your mission:

As our Head of Customer Service, you’ll be responsible for owning and delivering key CS KPIs, managing our vendor partnerships, driving sales through service, and leading CS transformation across all Nordic markets. You’ll lead with vision and energy, ensuring we deliver an outstanding customer experience while optimizing costs and increasing efficiency.

What you'll do:

  1. Own all Nordic CS KPIs, budget, and results
  2. Lead and coach our CS vendors to success
  3. Drive service-led sales, forecasting, training and contract management
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce complaints, churn, and inefficiencies
  5. Define the role of tech in our service evolution
  6. Champion improvements to IVR, contact strategy and channel mix
  7. Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks
  8. Lead the CS transformation journey across systems and processes
