We are looking to strengthen our Program Management team by hiring a Program Manager responsible for driving products and services from inception to delivery. You will act as a key contact for all program activities, develop program plans with functional teams, and collaborate closely with engineering, commercial, and global teams.

The ideal candidate has a technical background, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in program or project management is preferred, but we consider candidates with the right attitude and less experience.

What your day looks like:

• Develop and align executable program plans reflecting customer expectations, technical capabilities, and production capacity
• Manage execution, monitor performance, and track stakeholder satisfaction
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Serve as the primary customer representative for program activities
• Advocate for the customer internally and externally to ensure alignment
• Oversee program execution across the project portfolio
• Promote a patient- and customer-centric culture

We’re looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Proven experience managing complex engineering or manufacturing programs, ideally in aerospace or technical industries
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences
• Experience with manufacturing qualification and production processes
