The Collaboration Employee Experience organization creates workspace solutions that connect people, places, and experiences. Located just outside of Oslo, our innovation center is home to 300+ passionate engineers working across hardware, software, mechanics, audio, media processing and artificial intelligence - from concept to product. We strive to create best-in-class video conferencing experiences by bringing together diverse disciplines and ideas under one roof.

We need your help and creativity to build more and better HW for our video endpoints. Do you love electrical design? Do you want to become an expert in display and touch technology, camera, audio, RF or sensors? Or maybe you pride yourself in being a generalist in the hardware field?

Your Impact

You will join our team of HW electronic engineers responsible for a wide set of technologies needed to create our advanced systems. We architect and design our solutions from ground up in cross functional project teams, including industrial designers, mechanical engineers and SW groups to mention a few. You will work closely with suppliers, make prototypes, test and take the product to the global market.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and develop high volume advanced electrical products

  • Work closely with sub-suppliers and sub-contractors

  • Ensure quality by prototyping, test and feedback

  • Work closely with colleagues from multiple disciplines to create great video conferencing solutions

  • Be creative, help us bring something new to the world

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar or Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of related experience

  • Interest or knowledge in some of our hardware domains; PCB schematic design, high speed interfaces, power design, audio, sensors, antennas, RF, cameras, display and touch technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interested in embedded product development

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English

  • Attention to details and quality

  • Creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills
