This urgent opportunity offers a monthly salary of 1,700 USD and requires the ability to read technical manuals and blueprints. Safety awareness and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Handyman or similar role.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures including plumbing, electrical work and carpentry.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations; driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, painting and minor electrical work.
• Conduct inspections of properties to identify repairs needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and address issues efficiently.
• Install fixtures and appliances as needed.
• Complete projects within given timelines while adhering to safety protocols.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks.
