Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and facilities for required repairs and maintenance.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Install and repair equipment and fixtures such as doors, windows, locks, etc.
• Respond to emergency calls for repairs or maintenance issues.
• Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Ensure the safety of all tools and equipment used on the job.
• Assist with construction projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools safely.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
