Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, inspections, and timely repairs. You will coordinate with the team and communicate with tenants while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent time management and task prioritization.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
