Job summary

MapleClass Education in Oslo is seeking a friendly Concierge Assistant to support our team and ensure a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role involves greeting guests, sharing information about amenities and local attractions, booking reservations, arranging transportation, and coordinating with staff. Training provided on-site for a contract position paying 1,700 USD per month. Flexibility for evenings or weekends is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of local area and attractions preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm welcome.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, events, and local attractions.
• Book reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues.
• Assist with arranging transportation.
• Handle any special requests or concerns from guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area.
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience.
