Voodoo, a top mobile game and app publisher, is seeking a growth hacker who treats social media as a playground. Your mission: make Paper.io 2 massively viral on TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram through a scalable account network, AI-powered content, and rapid experimentation.

You’ll work with creators, test formats at high volume, seed posts, and monitor views and engagement to optimize distribution. This is a fast, uncapped role for bold thinkers who ship results.

Qualifications

• Proven growth on TikTok/Shorts with measurable results.
• Comfort with rapid experimentation and high-volume content.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content production and editing.
• Understanding Gen Alpha culture and trends.
• Able to edit short-form videos quickly and independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a network of accounts to drive virality.
• Produce and remix content at scale using AI tools.
• Identify and hijack trends to accelerate Paper.io 2 reach.
• Plan distribution via seeding, engagement tactics, and cross-posting.
• Collaborate with creators and internal teams to maximize impact.
• Continuously test hooks, formats, and posting times; report learnings.
