Job summary

Voodoo is seeking a Playable Ads Chapter Lead to join the Central Growth Team. You'll lead initiatives from our playable ads group, while staying hands‑on with production and driving innovation in our playable ad formats across games.

You will mentor a small team embedded in franchise squads, shaping workflows and best practices, collaborating with Growth managers to align priorities. Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in playable ad or game development.
• Hands-on production experience and coordinate ability.
• Experience with Unity (Luna) and Cocos Creator.
• Knowledge of object‑oriented programming and web game development.
• Hands-on with AI‑assisted development and asset generation.
• Strong knowledge of mobile marketing performance metrics and testing.
• Proven ability to mentor peers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small playable ads team embedded within franchise squads.
• Stay hands-on with playable ad production and contribute to high-quality creatives.
• Oversee workflows, tooling, and best practices for the playable team.
• Drive innovation in playable ad formats and new mechanics.
• Collaborate with Growth Manager and strategists to align priorities.
• Benchmark competitor ads and analyze performance data to improve quality.
• Serve as technical/strategic reference for development and marketing topics.
• Support rollout of playable ads across multiple game franchises.
• Help define the chapter's vision, standards, and processes.
