Job summary

Noroff is seeking a Director of Marketing to strengthen the school’s market position and drive qualified applications. You will report to the CEO, sit on the executive team, and may base in Oslo or Kristiansand with equal consideration given to both locations.

You will own the marketing budget, lead strategy and execution, and oversee digital and content marketing while leveraging AI to boost efficiency and ROMI.

Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of experience in marketing with leadership and budget responsibility.
• Recent leadership roles with responsibility for budgets and measurable ROMI.
• Experience in education, subscriptions, or regulated industries is a plus.
• Hands-on in performance marketing, CRO, and content production.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing budget and ensure ROI through qualified applications.
• Develop and implement the marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Lead marketing activities from first contact to submission of application.
• Oversee digital marketing across paid channels, SEO, and social media.
• Lead content production and leverage AI to improve efficiency.
• Be responsible for commercial performance of Noroff's sites and pages.
• Provide market insights to guide program development and branding.
• Lead and develop the marketing team with people management responsibility.
