Job summary

Radiant is expanding its finance team and seeks a Manager – Group Reporting to own the consolidated financial reporting engine and drive scalable processes across jurisdictions.

You'll lead month-end and year-end close, own IFRS consolidation and intercompany accounting, and partner with engineering, HR and operations to translate financial data into actionable insights for executives and investors. Build and mentor a high-performing Group Reporting team.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) with 5+ years in financial reporting and IFRS consolidation experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; adept with enterprise accounting systems.
• Deep IFRS knowledge: IFRS 16 and IFRS 15.
• Excellent communication with non-finance teams.
• Stakeholder management and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the consolidated financial reporting engine and scalable processes across jurisdictions.
• Lead month-end and year-end close cycles in a multi-entity environment.
• Own IFRS consolidation and intercompany accounting to present true group profitability.
• Collaborate with engineering, HR, operations, and marketing to translate data into insights for decisions.
• Manage the audit relationship with external auditors.
• Build and develop the Group Reporting team and set the tone for excellence.
• Partner with finance and operations to understand business drivers and advise strategically.
• Translate complex multi-entity transactions into clear financial data for strategic decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement with AI-driven reporting tools to increase speed and accuracy.
