Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience from consulting or professional services.
• Experience developing people, building teams, and coaching consultants.
• Genuine interest in helping team members grow and succeed.
• Solid cybersecurity background, ideally OT, DFIR or critical infrastructure.
• Strong business understanding, driving performance, utilization, and satisfaction.
• Experience supporting sales, pre-sales, proposals, or client development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of cyber security consultants.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of OT Cyber Security Advisory and DFIR services.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop consultants to strengthen team capability.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities to secure assignments.
• Monitor utilization, workload, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to client projects depending on business needs and competence.
