Job summary

DNV Cyber is recruiting Graduates to join our IT and OT cyber security team in Norway. You will support advisory services, risk assessments, and governance for a diverse client base across industries such as maritime, oil and gas, power, renewables, and utilities.

You will work with experienced specialists, benefit from in-depth training, and have opportunities for fast career progression. Flexible hours and home-office options are offered, with base at a DNV site in Norway (preferably Høvik).

Qualifications

• BSc level in cyber security, information security, computer science, telecom, or cybernetics.
• Qualified to achieve Norwegian security clearance.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (oral and written).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory services ranging from technical assessments to strategic consulting.
• Work across Enterprise IT and Operational Technology environments.
• Collaborate with specialists in areas such as penetration testing, governance, and incident response.
• Contribute to project execution, proposal development, and continuous learning.
• Engage directly with customers and internal experts to build competence and confidence.
• Some travel may be required depending on project scope and client needs.
