DNV is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer for Machinery and Systems to join our Section for Machinery and Systems, Maritime Advisory. You will contribute to analyses of propulsion, shafting and energy efficiency, while gaining hands-on experience in a global, collaborative environment.

The role offers exposure to live consultancy projects, international travel, and interactions with customers, with a strong emphasis on developing technical competence and professional growth.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. degree completed or near completion.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Perform strength- and functionality analyses of power generating machinery components.
• Conduct energy efficiency analyses and feasibility studies of new technologies.
• Analyze conventional and hybrid machinery systems and perform simulations.
• Participate in measurements onboard ships.
• Support technical analyses, design reviews and verification work.
