Job summary

DNV is seeking a Graduate engineer to join the Structures section in Maritime Advisory. You will work on FEM analyses for ships and offshore structures, learning from a mixed team of engineers and experts across hydrodynamics, noise, and life cycle management.

You will gain hands-on experience with DNVs Sesam and Abaqus tools in an international environment, contributing to unique projects and digital solutions while building your professional career starting in August 2027.

Qualifications

• Academic background in engineering or structural analysis.
• Familiarity with FEM (Finite Element Method).
• Knowledge of Abaqus or DNV's Sesam package is beneficial.
• CV and application letter must be submitted in English.
• Subject to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis for ships and offshore structures.
• Apply FEM techniques to deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with Maritime Advisory experts across hydrodynamics and life cycle management.
• Contribute to digital twins and advanced structural projects in a multinational team.
