Job summary

Vår Energi invites graduates to join our Project Development group within a structured graduate programme. You will work on real business challenges from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

You will gain exposure to different parts of the business, receive close mentoring, and build a strong internal network. Start date 16th August 2027; fluency in English is required; 0–2 years of relevant work experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Be recently graduated or will graduate in 2027 with a Master’s degree within relevant studies
• Have 0–2 years of relevant work experience
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Perform surveillance, optimisation, troubleshooting and failure analysis of rotating equipment for operated assets
• Contribute to ongoing projects and improvement initiatives within the Machinery discipline
• Conduct technical evaluations, including integrity assessments and design verification
• Lead minor studies and technical tasks, with support and mentoring as needed
• Work in a cross-discipline environment and interface with vendors

You will be given responsibility early on, with support and mentoring from experienced colleagues.
