Job summary

DNV is seeking a graduate for its Maritime Digital Development team to combine software engineering with practical AI. You will join an international product team and collaborate with customers, domain experts, and developers to deliver AI-enabled digital products.

You are finishing a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree by spring 2027 and will contribute to continuous improvement through hands-on delivery, mentoring, and knowledge sharing in a modern tech environment.

Qualifications

• You are completing a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree by spring 2027 and have a strong interest in software development and applied AI.
• Solid programming fundamentals and experience using AI-assisted development tools effectively.
• Motivated to contribute to AI-enabled digital products and continuous improvement.
• Takes initiative, collaborates well, and turns complex needs into practical solutions.
• Communicates clearly in English and actively keeps up with relevant technologies.
