What to expect as a graduate within Project Development

As a graduate, you will be enrolled in Vår Energi's graduate programme to build your network and take part in meaningful work from day one, such as:

• Technical follow-up of live Subsea Production-, Subsea Control- and Subsea Pipeline systems within Operations department
• Inspection, Maintenance and Repair tasks within Subsea Services
• Assessments and studies within Field Development Projects
• Perform technical evaluations, with frequent guidance and mentoring
• Lead minor studies with frequent guidance and mentoring

Who are we looking for

• Recently graduated or graduating in 2026 with a minimum of Master's degree within relevant studies
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience after graduating
• Fluency in both oral and written English
