Qualifications

What to expect as a graduate within Project Development

As a graduate, you will be enrolled in Vår Energi's graduate programme to build your network and take part in meaningful work from day one, such as:

  • Follow-up offshore structural integrity and marine systems (mooring and positioning, ballast, offloading & Stability systems) of offshore installations and vessels
  • Following up offshore if required Participate in developing and operating our offshore facilities for oil & gas production for the marine discipline
  • Support ongoing projects and improvement initiatives within marine discipline Perform technical evaluations, with necessary guidance and mentoring
  • Work in a cross-discipline (technical, operations, maintenance, projects) environment


Who are we looking for
  • Recently graduated or graduating in 2026 with a minimum of Master's degree within relevant studies
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience after graduating
  • Fluency in both oral and written English
