As a graduate at Equinor, you’ll be joining 21,000 colleagues delivering oil, gas, wind, and solar power to 170 million people worldwide. The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas or locations.

The position

As a graduate in Project Control and Analysis, you will take part in and contribute to some of the most exciting projects in Equinor and the energy transition, delivering project control services across our global project portfolio.

Our portfolio spans approx. 60 projects, 1,000 suppliers and construction activity in 16 countries. We have 44 nationalities represented, totalling 1,400 employees and approx. 170 working in project control & analysis.

You will have the opportunity to grow and excel alongside experienced colleagues while developing your own competencies and skills.

When joining our team in Project Control & Analysis you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide the project team and management with critical, decision-making basis to ensure on-schedule and cost-effective project deliveries.
• Collaborate and establish strong relationships with all disciplines involved in the project.
• Actively analyse schedule and cost performance, and effectively communicate risks, trends, forecasts, and mitigating actions.
• Secure experience sharing and digitalization to support continuous improvements and the further development of best practices, relevant tools, and our management system.

• Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record within technology and/or business administration.
• Completed degree by the year of starting (2024).
• Formal experience is not a requirement.

• Good communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work and deliver results in a diverse environment.
