Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Director of Product – Tax Platform to lead end-to-end development of our global tax platform, including tax master data, rules, invoicing, and reporting. You will manage a team of senior product managers and shape the strategy to adapt to evolving tax regulations.

Based in Bangkok with hybrid flexibility, you will partner with Group Tax and engineering leaders to deliver scalable solutions that support multiple products and brands across Booking Holdings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or similar roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agoda’s global tax platform, including tax master data, tax determination, invoicing/e-invoicing, reconciliation, tax reporting, and indirect tax controls.
• Partner with Group Tax to translate regulatory and business requirements into product outcomes.
• Lead product teams on large multi-year transformations to support multiple products, business models, and brands.
• Make buy-vs-build decisions for tax engines and e-invoicing providers, and own integration strategy with vendors.
• Collaborate with engineering to shape architecture and prioritize investments for scale.
• Design governance for tax configuration and change management.
• Drive success metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
