TikTok is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Global SRE team for Monetization Technology. You’ll help design, deploy and operate Ads systems and ensure their availability across multiple data centers worldwide.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of programming in C/C++, Java, Python or Go, strong Unix/Linux and IP networking skills, and a knack for automating routine tasks with a sense of ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and practical experience.
• 3+ years of programming experience in C/C++, Java, Python or Go.
• Expertise in Unix/Linux and IP networking; problem solving and automation.

Responsibilities

• Engage in lifecycle of Ads systems—from design through deployment and operation.
• Build availability of services deployed across data centers globally.
• Deliver tools to improve reliability, scalability and operability.
• Measure and monitor service health and latency.
• Practice sustainable incident response and postmortems.
• Participate in on‑call rotations across continents.
