Job summary

Nord Gas Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Midstream & Large Projects from handover through execution and delivery to customers worldwide. You will balance technical delivery with commercial performance, and work with engineering, procurement, supply chain, and customers to drive projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marine, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Solid experience managing complex engineering, EPC, EPCI, equipment, or technology projects.
Experience from the marine, gas, energy, offshore, process industries.
Strong understanding of project economics, contractual requirements, change management, risk, and schedule management.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
Experience working with international customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Project management certification such as PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead complex Midstream & Large Projects from handover through engineering, procurement, execution, delivery, commissioning support, and close-out.
Take ownership of project scope, schedule, cost, quality, contractual obligations, opportunities, and risks.
Be the primary point of contact for the customer and build strong, professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and create clear priorities, accountability, and momentum across functions.
Drive project planning and follow-up, ensuring that critical milestones and customer commitments are understood and delivered.
Maintain strong commercial awareness and actively manage project financial performance and changes to scope.
Identify risks and challenges early, establish mitigation actions, and elevate when required.
Coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, supply chain, suppliers, production, commissioning, and other internal stakeholders.
Manage changes and variations in a structured and commercially sound manner.
Ensure proactive and transparent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuously improving how Nord Gas Solutions executes major projects.
