Norrøna is seeking a commercially strong Retail Manager International to lead our international retail operations with full P&L responsibility, strengthening our owned stores and expanding the retail network across markets.

You will visit stores, coach experienced store managers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, with a focus on premium service, product knowledge, and compelling storytelling. The role is based at Norrøna House Lysaker, with frequent international travel.

Formación

• Seasoned retail leader with proven multi-store management experience.
• Strong track record in improving store performance and profitability.
• Hands-on P&L experience and ability to develop store managers.
• Experience in lean retail environments or mid-sized premium brands.
• Excellent communication and storytelling about product and service.

Responsabilidades

• Own commercial performance of international stores and P&L.
• Develop and expand the retail network across markets.
• Inspire and develop store managers and teams.
• Drive conversion, profitability, and superior customer experiences.
• Collaborate with CSO and central teams in a lean, entrepreneurial setup.
• Travel internationally and be based at Lysaker or nearby Europe.
