Job summary

Cambi is a Norway-based multinational company that turns wastewater sludge into valuable resources, designing, manufacturing and operating thermal hydrolysis systems to cut emissions and support circular economy goals.

As a Procurement and Logistics Specialist you will manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, and international logistics, coordinating with Finance and UK teams to optimize value on Cambi projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, Industrial Economics and Technology Management, Engineering Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain and logistics.
• Experience with purchasing, supplier follow-up and commercial negotiations.
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working in a multinational organisation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for projects, including RFQs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders and contract award.
• Coordinate international logistics with suppliers, freight forwarders and project teams.
• Develop and implement Cambi's procurement strategy and cost optimisation.
• Monitor procurement costs, budgets, risks and KPIs to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with the UK procurement team to align processes and terms.
