Job summary

Western Bulk, a global dry bulk shipping operator, seeks an IT Manager to own day-to-day IT operations for a senior, globally distributed commercial team. You will drive the IT platform that the organization depends on, with direct impact and a flat reporting line.

You will lead device management (Mac, iPhone, Apple Business Manager) with Intune, oversee security monitoring, identity and access (Entra ID), and manage network infrastructure across offices, including Cisco Meraki and meeting room

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations, service management, or infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of networks and firewalls; familiarity with endpoint security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT platform used by a senior, globally distributed commercial team.
• Oversee device management focusing on Mac, iPhone, Apple Business Manager with Intune.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts; maintain security baseline.
