Job summary

DNV Inspection Korea is seeking a Project coordinator to manage day-to-day inspection activities and relationships across offices worldwide. You will coordinate the sourcing of qualified inspectors, approve project reports and monitor financial performance of assignments.

The role covers mobilizing inspectors to large multi-country projects and requires experience in inspection or related activities such as verification, certification or testing of materials and processes.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with inspection or similar activities such as verification, certification or testing of materials, components, processes and production systems.
• Ability to plan and schedule workload and assign field personnel.
• Ability to ensure quality, safety, timeliness and cost targets across projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects for procurement support services including vendor inspection, expediting and other third-party activities.
• Select competent personnel to carry out requested activities and ensure quality execution and cost control.
• Plan and schedule workload and assign field personnel to meet project requirements.
• Assist field personnel in executing their responsibilities.
• Review job requirements to determine inspector needs.
• Verify inspection requests align with the approved ITP.
• Ensure inspectors attend kickoff meetings with vendors/contractors to address quality objectives.
• Evaluate field personnel performance.
• Ensure data entry into DNV systems is accurate and timely.
• Deliver services that meet customer requirements within project constraints.
• Read and understand contract terms and inspection assignment obligations.
