Qualifications

• Cooperate with the HR/recruiting team to support the fast-paced HR team globally.
• Collect data and analyze hiring funnels to improve recruiting health.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support global recruiting excellence.
• Assist with performance reviews and the implementation of employee care activities.
• Support recruiting issues if neccesary.
• Prefer students who graduate in 2022 or 2023.
• Demonstrate interest in HR and connect with people.
• Fluent in reading writing and oral English; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Great communicator and team player.
• Proven ability to develop research methodologies and collect, synthesize, analyze and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the HR/recruiting team to understand HR program requirements and team goals by applying creativity and innovation to support the fast-paced HR team globally.
• Collect valid data and analyze hiring funnels to ensure recruiting health and help with hiring efficiency improvements.
