Job summary

This fully remote position allows attorneys the autonomy to select projects that align with their expertise, manage their schedules, and deliver impactful legal work without traditional law firm constraints. Candidates must be licensed advokats in Norway with at least 5 years of experience in commercial contracts, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts.
• Experience at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology company.
• Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance.

• Review, draft, and redline a variety of commercial agreements.
• Advise clients on contract terms, risk exposure, and negotiation strategies.
