Job summary

ColliCare Logistics is seeking an experienced Content Specialist to own the global content strategy and drive storytelling across digital and offline channels. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and country teams to transform business goals into compelling content that strengthens the Collicare brand and supports growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, communications, SoMe and/or digital marketing, preferably B2B.
• Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that support growth and brand positioning.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English.
• Experience with Adobe CC, Canva, video editing, and CMS platforms.
• Strong SEO/AEO understanding and content performance measurement.
• Experience working in an international environment across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the company's global content strategy across digital and offline channels.
• Plan, create and publish engaging content for landing pages, newsletters, social media, and internal channels.
• Produce and coordinate articles, landing pages, customer cases, campaigns, video content, photography, graphics.
• Develop compelling stories and content concepts that strengthen brand awareness.
• Create and optimize campaign materials for lead generation, sales activities, and engagement.
• Lead design and production of marketing materials for digital and print with brand consistency.
• Act as system owner for content production and digital asset management platforms.
• Develop and maintain marketing templates including ads, one-pagers, newsletters.
• Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand standards across markets.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, country orgs, and external agencies to drive growth.
• Measure content performance and continuously improve effectiveness using analytics.
