Job summary

DNV is offering a Summer Project for master's students to explore how AI-native talent and established organisations interact, shaping the future of work. You will engage in research, interviews and analysis across DNV and external partners to deliver insights for the company’s evolving workforce.

We seek students in the final year of their master's programs, with curiosity about technology's impact on organisations and a readiness to contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• Currently in the fourth year of a master's programme and will enter the final year in autumn 2027.
• Interest in how technology is changing organisations, people and work.
• Willingness to engage in research, interviews and analysis with experts across DNV and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Identifying implications for recruitment, competence development and workforce planning.
• Exploring how organisational structures and ways of working may evolve.
• Developing future scenarios for how work could change over the coming decade.
• Assessing what established organisations can learn from AI-native organisations.
• Providing recommendations to help DNV remain attractive, effective and competitive in the future.
