The Educational Equality Institute, an NGO based in Norway committed to educating and empowering disadvantaged girls.

In response to the war in Ukraine, we launched the project: “Together for Ukraine”.

We offer free educational programs in collaboration with our partners to help 100,000 Ukrainians shape their future through education, upskilling, and employment.

We are seeking a volunteer Fundraising Specialist responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of fundraising campaigns and activities at TEEI.

Role Scope
  1. Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with TEEI's mission and goals.
  2. Arrange meetings with partners and maintain regular communication to foster strong partnerships and explore collaborations.
  3. Research and identify potential new partners and develop strategies to build relationships.
  4. Explore innovative ways to generate funding, including new fundraising strategies.
  5. Track fundraising progress, analyze data, and report results to senior leadership.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to ensure fundraising efforts align with organizational goals.
Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or related fields.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with donors and team members.
  3. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Familiarity with fundraising software and online platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Classy, Fundly, Mailchimp).
  5. Willingness to identify opportunities to automate and streamline fundraising processes.
