About the position

We offer a challenging opportunity for a full-stack software developer to join the Didac development team. As a software developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining new and existing features in our product, with a primary focus on usability, performance, stability, and security. Furthermore, we are planning to expand the team shortly, providing an exciting prospect for both personal and professional growth. Collaboration opportunities extend beyond feature development, encompassing active participation in discussions related to infrastructure and architecture. This fosters an environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and innovative problem-solving.

As a team member of an expanding Didac development team, you will be part of a community of 33 Product & Development colleagues engaged in our other products across multiple development teams. You will closely work with the Didac team based in Oslo, and we offer the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup. Our other team members within Product & Development are located in various places, primarily in Norway, Sweden, and Latvia. For this role you need to have experience of the technology stack we use and speak Norwegian fluently.

About Didac

Didac is one of the most widely used learning platforms in the Norwegian market, and we have recently started exploring the market in Sweden. Our client list includes major customers across all industries. Each year, more than 500,000 courses are conducted through the platform, and the number is increasing every day. Our product is integrated with several internal and external services and products.
